For orders within the USA, shipping times are on average 13 days but they can be up to 30 days depending on inventory and US Customs traffic. We aim to fulfill orders within 3 days but fulfillment times vary based on demand and can be greater than that. New ring releases can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill and 6 weeks to arrive but usually arrive within 5 weeks.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
PROCESSING
It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship them in one day.
SHIPPING
Shipment takes approximately 2 to 25 business days to reach the destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Usually, it takes about 30-90 days to some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy
Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
